Hidden partition inside a partition in a new Samsung 850 EVO SSD

I bought a new Samsung 850 EVO SSD 250 GB. Then, I used Samsung Data Migration Software to migrate all data from my old hard drive. The new drive booted smoothly but when I checked my disk partitions, there is only 1 partition C (the old one has two : C and D). And that 1 partition used space is equal to 2 old disk partitions combined, but inside that partition only contain my first old disk partition (C) and partition (D ) contents are nowhere to be found. Even after I changed the folder setting to show all hidden files. I also tried to check it with Windows Disk Management and there are only Reserved Disk and C Disk (the problematic one). I couldn't find the solution on the internet, please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Did you remember what options it had when you ran the program? There were probably selections you could have made as to what to clone and how. Make sure you did a full disk to disk clone. If the Samsung software does not work properly even when checking it again, try the Macrium Reflect program, that is what I use most of the time and can get a full disk clone with no issues, including all the partitions.
