95%-100% Disk Usage

I don't really know when I started to have this problem, but I only started noticing it today. My Disk Usage ranges from 95%-100% and it often gives lag spikes.

I've also tried many of the solutions Google, Youtube, and this forum had to offer. Maybe I just didn't find the right solution, but I literally spent hours looking for a solution and I can't find one.

Key Things that may also possibly help

-There was an Windows 10 Update I recently tried to update to.
-Some of the Windows 10 Updates were failing to go through so I thought that was the problem and downgraded to the previous Windows 10 Version I had before the update

In task manager you can select to see what uses your HDD, probably windows update...

after disabling many services (including windows update), i was still getting high disk usage (highest active time) just like your picture on my inspiron 5577

then i did clean installation of windows 10(april latest) and now the disk usage is fine, now its like 0-15%, im still mad at windows why it needs to do so much read and write

anyways try uninstalling all dell softwares then install the seagate driver and see if works, if it still doesnt work then do a clean installation of windows if it bothers you that much
