hi i got my laptop lenovo thru olx online buy and sell so meaning its second hand...my problem is that the windows 7 installed is not genuine..how can i get one?? when im trying to update online they asking about serial numbers which i dont have... anybody please help me... how can i have genuine os windows 7?? thanks for the help in advance....

only way is to call Lenovo and ask for a restore disk for your laptop. it will cost you a few dollars.
or
buy a new windows 7 cd

Major OEMs usually embed the Windows license in their BIOS. Figure out the exact version of Windows 7 that should have been preloaded on the laptop, find an ISO of that exact version (I got the one I used to restore my mother's Lenovo laptop after an unwanted Windows 10 upgrade messed it up using a microsoft download service helper tool since Microsoft's website buries download links for older Windows versions) and it should be able to pull the license from the BIOS.
