Okay, so I am dealing with the fustration of searching for the "perfect laptop". I have already been to Best Buy twice and about to return my second laptop within a week.

Let me start off by saying, it has been a long time since I purchased a laptop, so I have been out of the loop, I have done some extensive research and have got caught up to date with the Intel processors. I first started with the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive which I liked but every other laptop I have had, has been a 15" so I figured I would like that better, also I experienced a little bit of lag. I returned that and am now on a Samsung Notebook 7 Spin 740U5ME, 7th gen i7 processor, 12gb ram, and Nvidia GeForce 940MX graphics (which was a bit part of why I got this)

The Samsung is just too big for a 2 in 1 laptop (which is what I am leaning for) also it doesn't have windows hello. The display is not that great and I found the performance to be sluggish. Anyways, here is what I am looking at now. I should note that I do not want to spend anymore then $1100

HP Spectre x360

This is what I am leaning towards the most, this laptop is screaming my name! The reviews are great on Best buy site, however after looking beyond best buy I am seeing alot of complaints about the fans, and overheating.

DELL Inspiron i7373

I really did like the first Dell I had, this version has an upgraded processor and doible the memory, so I'm thinking, that should take care of the lag.

Lenovo Yoga 720

This has an 8th gen i5 ( I am not too sure on how this would compare to the i7 8th gen)

Dell XPS

This is a little bit pricey, but if it will hold up and is more recommended then the others, I will get it. The screen looks amazing on that from what I seen.

Okay, so those are my options and it is very difficult for me to choose. Could anybody please point me in the right direction. I do not want to be returning to Best Buy for a fourth time.

Thanks in advance

Well, I went with the HP Spectre x360 and I am SO happy I did. I actually purchased the Dell XPS and walked out of Best Buy. It did not seem right so I contemplated in my car for a minute and turned around and exchanged it for this. The best buy employee actually talked me into the XPS however I was really set on the Spectre and I have no regrets! It blows the prior 2 in 1's that i exchanged out of the water!

Highly recommended
