Those are both 6 year outdated models. If you let us know your budget and region, we can recommend you something newer.
How about the Lenovo Ideapad 320-15IKB or Acer Aspire 3 A315 series with Intel Core i5-7200U processor 8GB DDR4 RAM and 120-256GB SSD ?

Neither is good for games.
The included graphics have a graphics passmark rating of 314 and 364 respectively, making the Dell marginally better.
By comparison a inexpensive GTX1050 has a rating of 4508.

What is your budget?
There has to be better options out there for you.

I only concentrated on AutoCAD. S/He mentioned two laptops without dedicated graphics cards.

I doubt that either will play any of those games satisfactorily.
Of the two, the dell is marginally stronger with 8gb of ram.

If you are looking at new, try looking for a used laptop where you should be able to get more for your money.
Or, possibly refurbished or closeouts from such as Lenovo.

None of them are going to be great for gaming. Intel HD graphics doesn't have enough power for gaming. You need a laptop with a dedicated gaming GPU. The HP EliteBook is the closest, but most modern games need 1-2MB of VRAM. Any of those should run AutoCAD.
