I have a Roku Tv and a RCA home theater system w/receiver. I can get surround for cable but I can't get surround for other channels offered by Roku. Or the channels I've added. Net flix, HBO, Disney kids channels like that. I only have it working for cable. How do I get it to work for all channels.

Check the audio settings in the Roku set up menu. It may be set for PCM stereo. Some channels may not be in surround sound so you would select a different surround mode in the RCA for those.
Check the TV audio settings if the cable box is not connected to the RCA through the TV audio output.
