And im willing to buy this pc :
CPU - i5-7200U (2 Cores / 4 Threads, 3M Cache,3.10 GHz)
GPU - AMD Radeon™ R7 M445 4GB GDDR5
RAM - 1 x 8 GB DDR4
SSD - 256 GB
Display - 15.6-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-glare LED-Backlit Display

And we want to switch each others laptops , plus I HAVE TO PAY 200€ for it

Whats your opinion?

The video card in the one you are looking to get is about 20% faster, SSD in the other system is maybe $40 over the standard drive cost, plus you are getting a higher rest screen. Did you compare cost of your system vs the other one on the used market? Other one is better, but is is better enough to pay that much extra, that depends on your and what you can get elsewhere.
