Try this...

1. Turn on the computer and then, during the initial startup (first or second screen), press ESC, F1, F2, F8 or F10 (depending on which your device uses to get to BIOS).

2. Now enter BIOS setup. (It can mistakenly be called Aptio Setup sometimes because that is the title in the screen, but this is BIOS).

3. Use the arrow keys and enter "Boot Manager".

4. Now you want to change the "Boot Mode". To do so press "F6" to change it from Legacy to UEFI.

5. Now "Save" (press f10).

Now should that not resolve it, then it could well be that the hard drive doesn't have an OS on it, or is presenting as if it doesn't have one. It could be that the boot order was changed in BIOS and you are not booting to the drive but trying to...
