Solved! how long time the battery of 19.5v of laptop take for charging..

Solution

Occam's razor here.... did you make sure it was actually charging? Those plug ins can be fickle.

If it's been at it for five hours, and the laptop can sense a charge (typically an orange light marked by a lightning bolt or on the UI a charging battery icon in the bottom right area of the screen in Windows), you could have a faulty charger. As this is the least expensive fix here, and provided you've ensured the above, without success:

0.5 Unplug AC adapter and laptop. Bring them BOTH with you to the store.
1. Take it to your local tech shop (Staples, Best Buy, rando place)
1.5 Do not leave your laptop on the shelf. Carry it...

0.5 Unplug AC adapter and laptop. Bring them BOTH with you to the store.
1. Take it to your local tech shop (Staples, Best Buy, rando place)
1.5 Do not leave your laptop on the shelf. Carry it with you.
2. Ask them to help you find a universal replacement
3. Listen to the kind employee
4. Buy your item, fill out a survey on the receipt stating the employee was nice.
5. If it works, problem solved. If it doesn't, continue.
6. See if your battery is holding charge. I imagine there's some tool you can download to help check this.
7. If it isn't, but you've confirmed the adapter should be working, you need to replace your battery.
7.5 Also, if it didn't help, return your AC adapter you bought WITH the receipt you made sure to keep in case you needed to.
8. If this fixes the problem, you're good. If not, continue.
9. Throw out that laptop and buy a new one. Anything beyond this is likely to cost a lot to fix.
