Orum Rohn remote control codes

Solution
I doubt you will find any "universal remote" with those codes pre-programmed. If it's not in the list that came with the remote you can't enter them.
Each IR command is a hexcode number. When you enter a number into the remote that isn't actually the remote commands. It's just the number that the remote refers to for those codes. That number is different from remote to remote so there isn't just one number even if the remote had the codes.
Best bet would be to get a Logitech Harmony remote.
Those are programmed from their online database. If the particular codes aren't in there yet you teach them to their database from your original remote and then it's downloaded to your Harmony remote. The next guy will find them there already and...

The next guy will find them there already and won't have to teach them again. That's why their database is huge and gets better all the time.
