I have a Packard Bell ENTE69CX laptop and it has only 1 hard drive slot, and because I want to buy SSD and I didn't used CD-ROM in like 2 centuries, I bought a case that replaces CD-ROM with HDD slot. So I placed my drive in it, but no matter what boot option settings I set, it says that there is no bootable drive. I even plugged USB with Windows 10 on it, and it detects this drive perfectly when choosing where to install Windows 10. Any ideas what to do in order to boot from this drive?

I can't directly answer this question but ... I don't think this is what you should do anyway. Often, the CDROM is only SATA2 - that SSD really wants to be in the original hard drive slot (I'm assuming it is SATA3).
Rereading what you have written, It's possible I've misinterpreted what you are saying - do you have your original drive in its original slot and a SSD in the the optical bay slot OR ... have you simply moved your original hard drive to the optical bay slot and the original hard drive slot is empty?

Original hard drive slot is empty at this moment. I'm waiting for my SSD to arrive and I hope that after I install OS on it, my hard drive will be visible. Of course my idea is to install SSD in original hard drive slot because I'm certain that this is SATA 3 not 2. I am just wondering why my laptop has a problem with booting from optical bay slot.
Ok ... that's the bit I can't answer ... I've put those 'optical bay to hard drive converters' in several laptops with no problems but ... I've never tried to boot from them ... if the bios 'sees' the drive, you'd think that booting from it would be straightforward.
