How can I wire 1 dvc 4 ohm sub and 1dvc 2 ohm sub together to a mono amp

You don't actually have to use both voice coils with a mono amp unless you need to lower the impedance to maximize the power output of the amp or raise the impedance up to the minimum the amp can handle,
