It will not power up but shows stand by . Nothing wrong with the boards the was sticky stuff on boards it self but cleaned it what's my next step?
I have a Samsung model number LN32D403E2D shows stand by but won't power up . There is nothing wrong with the 2 boards I found

Did you check the power supply board? Near where a.c. plug is. Usually got another cover you have to remove to get to.
You have to check all the capacitors. They are usually the culprit.
