You should never use a vacuum cleaner around computer equipment.
Vacuums have lots of static electricity and can cause lots of damage to them (there are very special vacuums designed for PCs, but these are special purpose, not the ones they sell to clean your floors).
Getting all the yogurt out (at least safely without damaging more parts) can only be done by disassembly of the laptop. Find a reputable technician in your area and should be able to do it no problems for an hour's worth of labor.
If this was a DIY task I would tell you how to do it, but laptop disassembly is not a notice task.
