My computer won't turn on . I press the power button when it's charging but it only blinks I took out the battery and still left it charging and it still blinks I was told it was the view board not starting can I fix that on my own ?

Solution
Not sure what a "view board" would be, but sounds like it's a motherboard issue. Note the blink pattern and look online for an error blink code for your model that may tell you where the issue is. Remove all RAM from the system and try to turn it on, does it beep? If not that is a clue that the motherboard is bad. Also can try removing all power, open the system and remove the CMOS battery (usually that is removable), hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Without putting the batteries back, plug in wall power and see if it turns on. If it does, plug in the CMOS battery back and see if it turn on then.
