Hi,
I'm am total noob in all-audio thing - Thus have no idea what & how to solve the issue.

Have TV, have PC, have PS4 slim and PS3 - need to connect all of them to two monitor speakers and TV.
PS has PCI-E audio-card, PS4 slim has hdmi and optic-out, PS3 hdmi and YellowWhiteRed cable. Monitors have XRC, RCA and jack inputs.
So, I need any device, that does th following: outputs HDMI to TV and synced audio to monitors, input from PS4 goes from either optical cable or HDMI(preferably), PS3 - YWR cable(audio) and\or HDMI(video or A\V), PC - any way possible.

Thanks in advance.

It's big older unit but it should work though if possible you may want to look into something a little newer not sure how much your planing to spend. You may want to look at this site www.accessories4less.com I picked up a refurbed receiver for a good price and the model came with a 3 year factory warranty (If I bought it new it would have about 35% more money but came with 5 yr warranty).

Yup get your self a receiver and use HDMI connections, you should be able to get one starting at about $150 one with 4k upscaling or passthrough will cost more also if you plan to go more than 5.1 or want/need more than 5 HDMI inputs. You can also look into getting Steam link to connect your PC to your TV just make sure and use a wire connection wifi from what I hear doesn't work to well.
