I have set the keyboard and language to English (Australia) as I am in Australia. This has not fixed the issue of not being able to get the @ sign.

The @ sign is above the 2 but when pressed it comes up as " sign.

Any idea's on what else I could do?

Thanks

Hi Unsure what your answer means. How do I check if the computer is set to British layout as everything I have set is to English (Australia) and Australia for keyboard. Not sure if there is another area to check in the settings?

if you read the wiki, Australia likely use British layout.
". In many Commonwealth countries and other English-speaking jurisdictions (e.g., Canada, Australia, the Caribbean nations, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Singapore, New Zealand, and South Africa), local spelling conformed more closely to British English usage"
There even a image for the different.
