Did you try using a mouse? Need some details, everything loads and keyboard is OK but just the cursor does not move?

I got solved by selecting following steps 
pen windows and search mouse>enter>go to ELAN which is beside hardware >enable the smart pad then apply ...and ny mouse moves..
But: i got one problem that mouse moves but does not select anything on scree need solution for that????
