So I just got finished removing the wireless network card out of an HP laptop running Windows 10. I also DON'T have it connected to the internet via wired. I just ran kali Linux with a live boot USB flash drive and my stalker/hacker still has remote access, or so it seems. When I get to the desktop and attempt to open Firefox it opens and then the letter g begins to be pressed. It's being done so I can't type in a website or search bar. Sometimes I'll get as far as browsing a couple of websites but eventually he starts pressing the letter g and he'll scroll my webpage up constantly so that I can't scroll down at all. I don't know why he's using the g key. My guess is he thinks he's found the g spot. This guy has been stalking me, and yes I said guy, for almost a year now and he even has my DirecTV DVR box hacked. He changes the channel when I leave the room and puts up the screen saver when I watch tv. I believe he's the neighbor right next to me with a 20 foot Hamm radio antenna that he's also using as an EMP gun to shoot at me and burn me and he's also killed one of my PCs, my surround sound receiver, a furnace, 2 toasters, a microwave, a laptop, a whole bunch of fish and like 10 house plants in the past 6 months or so. Whatever room I go in he shoots the EMP at the lights to make them flash. So how is this psycho gaining access? I'm guessing he's using the Hamm radio somehow.

Solution
First take the HP laptop somewhere far away and see if the "g" key problem continues - might be just a sticking key or failing keyboard.

As for the radio antenna - contact the FCC
