Good Morning
My Toshiba satellite C55Dt-B5205 windows 8.1 will not turn on unless the charger is plugged in. Seems like battery is dead but will not charge. I bought it about 2 and a half years ago.
When i turn on the laptop the charging LED light comes on then turns off immediately, but the WIFI LED light stays on even when there is no WIFI connection. A reset was done to reset the computer to its default operating system still no luck.
I am wondering if the battery needs to be replaced.
