Power lock on my lenovo b590!.

I cannot switch my pc on.... If i get it on it power locks me out for hours! No matter if i work on it for 2 or? Hours..... Only allow me in at 14.00hrs again the next day. How do i get rid of it pls..... Techs dont know how

What is this "power lock" you are talking about? It won't turn on? What did these techs look at already? If they actually looked over the system and are competent, motherboard is likely the issue if there was no other fix.
