Dell Vostro 5568 fan problem after ssd installation (+ windows reinstalled)

Dell supportassis system diagnostics windows always pops up when I boot my laptop, telling me that there is en error with cpu fan. It started since I've installed new SSD (before I had only HDD, now HDD + SSD). I didnt touch any wires inside, just pluged in ssd and closed the cover. What could be the problem? BIOS is up to date. There is no helpful info on dell support website.

The error actually says the following: "The CPU fan failed to respond correctly".....but I can clearly hear it working.

Solution
For anyone who will ever encounter this problem, the problem was kinda solved. I was about to go and buy a new fan, when I noticed that one of the fan wires was a bit damaged. I thought it was the reason behind all problems....but...it turned out that my laptop fan actually works....but since the upgrade a bit differently. Now it starts spinning only when Im doing some stuff like launching a game. And the error (in bios and dell supportassist) is not occuring on start any longer.....however, it occurs when I deliberately start diagnostics manually.

This error occurs randomly even on desktops. You can sometimes disable CPU fan warnings in BIOS settings, but only do this if you are sure the fan is working (check your temps).

Some update concerning the problem. Just found out that problem doesnt occur when booting without power cable plugged in. So it seems that after installing ssd either CPU began working faster, making the fan work faster too, or both disks began giving more pressure on system, again, making the fan work differently. So when I start windows with power cable, whole system, including the fan starts in full power and fan spins faster, causing an error, while without cable, system doesnt use all its resources, decreasing pressure on fan. But how to make it work without error while booting with power cable?

I dont have any options to turn off dell's supportassist system, nor any options related to fan/fan speed control.

Ah.

This is pretty typical behavior. The fan is supposed to rev at set temperatures.

Installing an SSD shouldn't change anything, but do you get the same behavior if you put the original drive back in?
