Need windows 10 boot disk c75d laptop feel i shouldnt have to pay

Solution
That error sounds more like the PC can't see the hdd now. Do you know how to look in bios to see if its showing in there?

is this the error? No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

You don't have to pay for a boot disk: On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - use that to help fix this.

what I would do is change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
