I found an issue with my laptop. I was trying to fix an issue with geforce experience, so I re-installed the app, and then updated my graphics driver. I shut down my computer, and turned it back on. The status indicators for the network, hard drive and caps lock keys didn't turn on, as well as the power button lights, and the keyboard. The Alienware logo came up, but the computer either didn't boot into windows, or booted, but only showed a black screen with the mouse. The times it didn't boot to the black screen, it said windows is trying to determine the problem, or please wait under the alienware logo. It then goes to a blue screen, and says recovery, with see advanced repair options, or restart my pc. I have had this issue before, and I had to send my computer to dell, but I don't want to have to do that again. Is there any way that I can fix my laptop, or do I have to send it into dell?

If my laptop specs help,
Alienware 13 r2,
Graphics: Gtx 860m
HDD: 1tb 5400rmp
CPU: intel core I5 4210U
