My samsung np350v5c will not turn on. Button will not light. Activity blue light on side lights for a few seconds then goes out. Tried HD and memory card removal .

In my post, took out battery, no change. Took out HD no change. Took out memory no change. Activity blue led only lights for 4 secs then goes out. Charger and battery work on another laptop. Thanks for trying.
Hi, you can try this test, I'm sure it will do nothing, but who knows, remove the battery and the adapter, hold the power button for a minute, put back the adapter and start the laptop .
If you have the same problem, then you have a component in the charging circuit that is faulty, only the reading of the voltages will identify the culprit.
