Can i run sleeping dogs in intel i core duo 2

I have intel graphic card of 4 gb but the game is lag and dont show some hints and health .
Information about my pc
Windows 7 64 bit
More than 15 gb
Ram 4gb
ditect x. Yes
But the game still lagging and dont show wei in all cut seens. Please help me
