The Radeon 530 video card is a low end one for gaming. looks like that is what is in the link you provided. Not very good for gaming but better than systms without the card. Not sure why you listed a 430 4gb card, the link shows a 530 2GB card.

For the money you can likely find better systems, although that depends on your local market. This is much better for gaming http://www.dell.com/in/p/inspiron-15-5577-gaming-laptop/pd?ref=PD_OC and is not much more cost.

Same as before, that is a lower end video card, not "good" for gaming. Passable for gaming at low settings in newer games, but not good.
