I have a toshiba P55w-c5316. I had to refresh my computer and now only the wifi and mute buttons do not work. There is no Toshiba flash cards application so none of the options i can find work. does someone know of a fix?

I have a Toshiba Satellite P55W-5316 laptop. I had to reinstall everything and now only the mute and wifi buttons do not work. I do not have a value added package. There is no flash card settings or even a setting to adjust the function keys. Does anyone know how to fix the issue?
