My uhd and hd are the same

Not all the HDMI inputs may be HDMI 2.0 so check the owners manual.
Check the menu of the SkyQ. You may need to set it for UHD.
Check the menu of the TV. You may have manually set it to accept 4K.
Make sure that the channel you are watching is a UHD channel.
Some HDMI cables don't support the data rate required for 4K. High speed is a relative term (like low calorie). Doesn't mean its high enough. Some cables are certified for 4k.
