Can the laptop Acer Aspire E 15 E5-576G-5762 good for gaming.
Like fallout 3,4.
If it doesn't good what good computer have under 600$
I also want 256 gb SSD, and 8 gb ram

You are just out of range with your budget for a system with a decent gaming video card and a solid state drive. The laptop you listed is not horrible for games but is not "good". You will be playing at low settings in pretty much any newer game, and possibly with lower resolutions.

Keep in mind that you will not be able to upgrade your laptop, so anything you get is what you will have till you buy a new one or it dies. Which means if you get a low end system now, it will be even slower in the future.

I suggest getting a bit more money together and looking for a system with a GTX 1050 or 1050Ti card similar to this https
