TV only has two HDMI ports, I have DirecTV, bluray, apple tv, surround sound (each have hdmi ports) and the only way surround sound works is thru the TV. Really want everything to be hooked up to surround sound so it can be used more.. Can someone help??

Surround Sound what? Is it an all-in one unit? Receiver and speakers? How is everything hooked up? Best way to get things working is to get a receiver with the right number of ports for your devices, hook them up to the receiver and connect that to the TV. Aside from that, hook everything up to the TV, run the audio out to the surround sound system you have.
