Splitting one audio file into two audio sources.

Hello! I recently made a gaming video about PUBG with a friend over skype, and when i play the exported file, i hear myself (mic) loud, and my buddy (skype) low. Does anyone know how to fix this without making a new video?

Please help fast.

It depends how you recorded that video. If you have multiple audio channels (one for you, one for your buddy), you can re-mix it with proper video editor. But if all you have is one audio track for all game + voice = start over.
