He's not trolling. SCART is the old European standard for analog video connection. Basically an analog predecessor to HDMI since it included audio and the different analog video signals (composite, component, s-video).

There are probably adapters out there to go from SCART to HDMI. Just be mindful that because SCART is analog, you'll need an active adapter. If your TV has analog inputs (composite or preferably component), an adapter to that will probably be cheaper since it won't need to convert to digital.
