3 beeps usually means motherboard isnt functioning normally anymore. if its 2 or 4 beeps its related to memory tho.
you will need to go to the closest DELL shop to fix/replace your laptop. bring your warranty card with you.

you can try this (as a last resort coz i heard some people said it fixes it)
remove battery and unattach adapter. press the power button for 30secs. reattach battery and adapter. power on.
