2 week old laptop has full memory even though there's almost nothing on it

Basically when I got the laptop I installed some games, maybe 3, but then I uninstalled them because I didn't wanna play them anymore. But now I've gotten a popup from windows a couple times saying my pc is full. I tried to download windirstat because I read that it might be useful to see what takes up all the space... But I don't have enough space for windirstat. But there's nothing I can delete, I don't have music, pictures, or any documents really on my pc. The only thing I still have is Steam and I really don't wanna delete that because I might use it later. And I don't think it's necessary because I supposedly have 256gb (I think?) on this laptop.

I took a screenshot and put the install menu from windirstat in there as well, saying I have not enough space. I put a red circle around everything that's important. Hope someone can help :)

C:\Windows\temp only has files of around 8kb, the biggest one is 383kb

Something important I wanna point out is that my system files (I hope I translated that correctly to English) is 85,4GB, I don't think this is normal. But it says my pc needs these files. Anyone know something about that?

First make sure you can see hidden files... I am guessing you are using windows 10, use this tutorial on showing hidden files: https://www.technipages.com/show-hidden-files-windows

My next step would be get a USB, install an antivirus on it (ONLY IF YOU CAN'T INSTALL IT ON PC), and scan your C drive for junk, cache, and viruses I recommend CCleaner, Cleanmaster, or the obvious, malwarebytes...

Still no space? Next up you should (and this is one of the only times I recommend you do this, other times it's waste of power) go to your C drive or whatever is your main hard drive, fin the properties, go to tools, and defragment it.

If all else fails, try searching for large files in your computer directory, follow this tutorial...

There's one final thing you can try, search for lubuntu online, make a bootable USB with it, boot your computer up and press F2 and F12, one of those keys brings up boot menu, boot from the USB (CHOOSE TRY IT WITHOUT INSTALLING!) and you'll see all files as it's a unix system running off your USB, don't worry, as long as try it and don't install it, you will still have windows when you restart... Now comes the hard bit, you need to go through all the files and see if any are taking up space.

In the end if all else fails, take it back to the shop and explain what's wrong..

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE TRANSLATING THIS ASK FOR IT IN YOUR LANGUAGE AND I'LL DO MY BEST! :D
