no display after boot

i have a h.264 wireless nvr tv has hdmi, svideo, vga, hdmi dont work on tv so i hooked up vag it works till nvr is done booting then screen goes black
how can i fix this?

Your device may be trying to send the wrong type of signal to the TV, maybe too high of a resolution or wrong refresh rate. Check with support for it and see what the requirements are and if there are any fixes for your specific hardware. You did not provide any details about your equipment, it's a bit hard to sort anything out without that.
