I have a acer n15v2 laptop the screw is black but the power button comes on and when I plug/unplug charger it makes a loud beep sound what do I do help please

Connect an external monitor to it, wait a bit so Windows has time to load, then use the hotkey to swap to the external screen. If that works, you need to replace the laptop screen.
