I feel for one of those tech support scams now I'm locked out of my laptop. When I turn it on there's a little box that ask for password

At this point, you need to do three things:
1. Disconnect this PC from the network. Do this RIGHT NOW.
2. From a different system, change ALL your passwords. All of them.
3. A full wipe and reinstall on this system. Full wipe.
