My DSLR camera Nikon d3400 has mini HDMI and I want to see what I am seeing on camera display screen on my laptop. Laptop doesn't have HDMI input but only out put. What should I do.

Solution
If you just want to see your Nikon photos on your laptop, remove the memory card, plug a card reader in to your laptop via USB port, then insert memory card in to the appropriate slot on the card reader.

Apart from the HDMI port, the camera also has a USB port according to the spec sheet:

https://www.nikonusa.com/en/nikon-products/product/dslr-cameras/d3400.html#tab-ProductDetail-ProductTabs-TechSpecs

You should be able to use this (with a suitable USB cable) to display photos on a laptop screen direct from the memory card instead of using a card reader.
