Earlier today i got the asus K550I laptop that has integrated graphics and a dedecated radeon RX 460 gpu, when i first tried to play a game on the laptop it wasnt using the dedecated GPU so after trying to fix this i updated to the latest amd driver, doing this gave both my gpus errors in device manager so i decided to uninstall and revert back to the original driver (16.6) and now for some reason i cannot open the radeon additional settings where as before i changed drivers and had my original install of 16.6 that came with the laptop it was opening fine.

is there any way i can fix this as i dont know what drivers i can upgrade to, if any that will still work with both my gpus in the laptop.

many thanks

Download & re-install GPU drivers for your specific laptop model from the Asus website.

Only use drivers off the Asus website, not from anywhere else --- that's probably where you went wrong with the update - - you didn't get it from Asus may be.

Moreover, you shouldn't be updating a driver anyway unless you're having problems with existing default one or with the device related to it.
