Update below pic links.

At my cousin's house in Phoenix. They have this whole home system using the Bose Lifestyle 20 and a couple of amps in the closet. Nothing is labeled and am having difficulty figuring things out. Namely because the screen doesn't work on the Bose, but I have capacitors coming in from Amazon tonight. Could someone point me in the direction of a post or general walkthrough on how the builders did this?
I am thinking that I should just add thirty feet of wire to a multimeter and do continuity checks to figure out what in the heck these rca jacks are tied too at the amp. But also don't want to screw anything up.
If anyone can just look at the jacks in the pic and tell me what the standard is... that would be great also. Are the coax and phone there to do just that?... hook up cable and a land line? Or are they there for part of the audio? They aren't sure and neither am I.

Thanks for any advice or direction. Sorry to be a noob on this whole home system stuff. I just don't get why there are four sets of RCA jacks in the wall. And I 100% don't get why the speaker wire coming in from behind the jack is hooked into the din that plugs into the back of the Bose and the other two wires from that go to the lone jack behind the TV. It makes me want to SCREAM! The anxiety is real. :)

Update: I got the screen working and I have zone one working. Now the issue is the volume levels. At max volume it is probably running at ten percent. Then when I turn off and back on. Or switch to video one... the volume lowers. Do it again and it lowers even more. I then have to unplig the amps and lifestyle for a few minutes and try again. Rinse and repeat. They said it use to work and shake the house before they swapped TVs.

Heard. I searched for the p500 thing and saw that photobucket is holding photos hostage. Thought that might be where you were going. Maybe some of this will work for you. Thanks for helping me out.
