my Gateway xz6971 All in one won't load a Ethernet or Wifi driver on my windows 10 upgrade keeps saying they are not compatible I got them from the Gateway support download page

Were the drivers you got for your exact device? If not, then it is possible they are not compatible.

You can also try going through "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager". Click to open the "Network Adapters" section and then click on, to highlight, the one you wish to have updated. Right click on it and choose "Update driver software".
