That TV has a composite video input so if you want to connect a video source with RCA AV cables you can. You may need a breakout dongle.
The only audio output that the TV has is digital optical audio so if you need an analog RCA output you would need to get an optical to analog converter. Check the TV manual on how to set up the optical audio output. You may need to turn it on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type in the TV menu to get it working.
