I have alienware 17 R2 laptop with 1tb toshiba hardisk. Is It worth to add additional m2 ngff ssd. I mostly play games. Will it increase performance

The SSD will certainly improve boot time, and game loading time. It may help a little bit with game play performance - depends on how much RAM is installed versus how much disk swap is needed in the game.

Currently have core i7 4710hq
16 gb ddr3 ram
Gtx 980m 4gb
In game cut scenes freezes at some places.i am playing cod ww2 at ultra settings getting stable 60fps

Is getting ssd will fix it?is m2 ngff ssd fast?
