connection of Blu Ray DVD and Sound Bar

Without the TV model number we don't know what audio outputs it has. Optical digital audio is the most common.
Connect the BD player to one of the TV HDMI inputs,
Connect the soundbar to the TV optical audio output. Check the TV manual how to turn on and use the optical audio output.
Since the soundbar does have HDMI in and out you could connect the blueray to it and it to the TV with HDMI but you won't get audio from the TV through the soundbar that way since it's doubtful that your TV has HDMI-ARC if it only has two HDMI inputs.
