Why panasonic does not support iflix.

I was using the mirror app to watch iflix movies or video but it only have sound no image or video is showingon the TV.
I suspect its not supported by Panasonic, why is it made that way.

Customers should be able to choose what we can watch on their own TV.

I don't think Panasonic has any way of knowing what you are mirroring to the TV. Assuming other apps work ok I would suggest you check any video settings in the iflix app.

I also have LG smart TV. In that TV i can use both netflix, iflix and other video streaming apps.

It should be the same unless its block or not supported by Panasonic. Then its no user friendly

In my opinion a smart tv should be open source and user friendly and be able to be upgraded in future.
Tried everything Iflix is NOT supported.
Other smart TV can easily use other movie apps.
Panasonic should upgrade their platform to be more flexible.
