windows 10 audio playback issues

hey , i have windows 10 latest update and i have a sony bluetooth speaker and a sony headset .its weird when i choose speaker the music plays thru my headset wit good quality but when i choose headset it plays very bad quality thru my speaker . i just installed realtec latest version with nahimic 2 latest version and i dont know what to do

The latest updates to Win10 1709 introduced some audio issues. I had to uninstall all the audio drivers in my Win10 machine, then go back to the OEM drivers--in my case, that is Dell. Don't let Win10 use its generic versions.

I already deleted Realtek and re installed and tried even with razer , nahimic 2 and all that and can't figure it out , as we speak I have good headphones sound (that shows as speaker realetc but when I choose other playback decide and sound comes out of the speaker it's garbage

Hey, unfortunately, this is normal for bluetooth headsets. If you're using it for playback only, then the connection is totally used for audio purpose, that's why the sound quality is great. But when you use it for both playback and recording, the bandwidth is divided into 2 services, that's why the audio quality drops.
But I found that posted in Superuser:
You have to Uncheck "Handsfree telephony" from the services setting on your bluetooth device -> Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Devices and Printers -> select your device and right-click, open Properties, then go to Services tab and uncheck Handsfree Telephony. I just fixed it like that.
Check it, maybe it can fix yours too.

no i do have a wired headset were teh sound is good and i have a bluetooth seperate speaker abd its laggy and not listenable but when i put the sound in teh headset its good
