hello
i have a very annoying proplem .i have windows 10 operating system and my laptop goes into sleeping mode when i work on something heavy like rendering a high quality video or playing games
anything that need my graphic card works alot ..after 5 minutes in the game my laptop goes to sleep why???
i noticed that its only doing this when the charger is plugged only but if i run the same game on battery it works fine until my charge is out and i need to recharge it again !!!
i checked the heat but its fine >> it reach the maximum with 81 degree
i set all the setting in windows to never sleep and still it go o sleep
i updated every thing to the last version to make sure everything is good but nothing happen
and also run a scan a few times but its all good
and this goes for all the games with high graphics and my laptop can run them all
so any ideas why this happen please ?!!
