In general your source connect to the TV with HDMI.
The audio output of the TV would connect to the Sony. You might need a converter to connect the TV to the receiver.
Check the manuals on how to configure the TV audio out and the input of the receiver. The audio out may need to be turned on, the TV speakers turned off, and the audio output type changed in the TV menu.
