Looking for a fairly portable laptop/tablet I can use for everyday browsing, e-mail basics, but need to run adobe for a small sign design business. Do a lot of vectoring of customer artwork which enables me to cut out designs with a vinyl sign cutter.
Prefer: small size, touch screen, prefer less than 15", adobe capable, walcom or similar digitizing for artwork huge bonus, good performance.
Windows probably a plus, but think i can work around with a chrome book. I'm not into gaming much on the PC so that's not a concern. Windows probably better as stated but open to Chrome as I think it's going to keep getting better...or hopefully.
Open on price for perfect setup, but would like to stay under $1,500, and if it's going to open things up I can step up in screen size to 17" but really prefer something more portable friendly. Never owned an Apple and don't really want to go that route but would consider it if you think it's the best thing for me.

Update: Ignore $1,500 as I'm more than willing to spend more for the right one.
